Return Policies
Our return policy is 10 days from the day of receipt of the customer's parcel. All the returns must include original packaging, undamaged, original items, unused and re-saleable condition. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please double-check the shipping address before place the order. All parcels will be shipped to orders buyers address, if the address is wrong the package will be returned to us. Of course we will ship it again to the right address but we will charge the Standard shipping rates to post the order again. Unclaimed parcels will not be refunded if returned.
