In perfect condition, with all it's original box, packaging and certificates. It was received as a gift almost 20 years ago, then promptly put back in it's package. Still has all it's lights and goal posts intact. Comes from a smoking home, so unfortunately the box has some yellowing and odor. However, the stadium was never displayed, so there is no yellowing or "grime" orders from the cigarette smoke. Photos are of the actual piece.
