Pre Owned In good condition Frame shows cosmetic details and oil painting at the bottom could use a touchup. This is a good restoration project **but actually with a nice stain touch up around the frame this would be good to go as is because the wear actually looks as if it's part of the details and really looks good with a quick touch up. The orders Artist is unknown and it actually Oil Painting measures @ 36" x 24" it looks like maybe it's from Rome, a canal coming into a village or town beautiful stuff The frame measures @ 46" x 34" it is made of wood and can easily be restored with a light sanding or just a quick matching stain. Overall condition it's Good its wall ready with or without the restoration. Asking 185$.
