You will receive just the radio and the cover as photographed. Tested and Both the Radio and Cassette Player work well. The cover to the battery compartment is missing. there is also a hole in the plastic on the back of the player. I think a couple of small pieces of plastic fell inside because when you shake it you can orders hear something rattling. In addition there is some scuffs and scratches. measures approximately 15 x 2.75 x 6.25".
