Comes with 3 different sets 2002 mattel pirate ship, Treasure chest and imaginext phantom skull island set. All pieces are DETACHED . I have 2 zip loc bags one is full of small accessories and around 15 to 20 people and the other bag has miscellaneous small items I'm not orders sure where they go or if they belong to the sets I just put them in there in case. I'm pretty sure all pieces are there it's a big tote full. No instructions but can be found online.
