Vintage Seaside orders Village Mid-Century Oil Painting

orders Lovely vintage painting of a seaside village. Colorful wooden buildings line the dock. Several small boats float in the calm harbor, including a classic white fishing boat. Cattails and sea grass grow along the shore. The colors and level of detail are wonderful. Reminiscent of Maine to me!
The painting is in excellent condition. It is signed "A. Simpson" in the bottom right corner.
Mid-century wooden frame with a thing green and a hint of gold. It is in great condition too.
Back of canvas is blank, with a hanging wire. 25 x 21.
