You just have to update the software which is free and available online, I just youtube it how since I don't have the manual with me anymore. Needs AA Batteries, needs Micro SD card, needs screen protector. This is not a DSLR, this orders is perfect for beginner photographers. I hate to sell this but I have to since I'm broke and had lots of stuff lol.
