Vintage 60s skirt. I LOVE this piece. It brings joy and smiles to anyone wearing it or looking at it. A patchwork of bold colors and prints. Finished with applied 3D fabric flowers. Cute white ribbon trim. Waistband is cotton pique and has a long tie that wraps around orders. Lined.
