A beautiful chiffon caplet dress from the 1970s! It is made from a lightweight, semi sheer polyester with a lovely botanical pattern of brown leaves, purple blossoms, and pink fruit. The blouson bodice features an elastic ruffled neckline that can be worn off shoulder and an elastic waist with attached ties at one side. The full skirt is midi length and wraps around in front in a tulip style. So lovely!
