Adult Size orders 14 Beauty and the Beast Belle Gold/ yellow dress. Cosplay costume This is a handmade dress with a lot of details. It is a costume / cosplay of Belle from Beauty and The Beast. It was worn one evening by a woman who is a size 14. It does NOT come with the tulle bell underneath. It looks very full with one. There is a few layers of tulle already attached underneath the dress. The top layer of gold is able to close as a shawl across the shoulders or left open. It is attached to the dress so it can't be lost. It zips up in the back. The zipper is hidden by material that makes the dress look fuller. Please see pics and ask any questions.
