Geometric, Modern, Minimalist Necklace with unique transparent green inlay.

Set with impact–resistant polycarbonate polymer, this inlay reflects a brilliant globe of mint-green light using the spherical cavity as its reflective source.

Using polycarbonate in a jewelry application is unique to my work and promotes extreme durability in my jewelry. Polycarbonate polymer orders is an impact resistant polymer 25 times more crack resistant than acrylic and 50 times that of glass and enamels. It is an industrial synthetic polymer considered to be one of the most durable polymers in the world.

This ruby-red inset is anchored mechanically. No glue, epoxy, resin, or other chemical adhesives are needed. My designs are durable and timeless.

The pendant is made from 6061-T6 aluminum. This aluminum alloy is a good balance of strength and corrosion resistance. It is a good alloy for jewelry because it is non-reactive, lightweight, tarnish proof, and has a beautiful silver-white luster.

CARE: This necklace can be worn in the shower but do not submerse in water (bath, pool, ocean). Avoid chlorine water and salt water. Avoid exposure to hair sprays, perfume sprays, makeup and lotions. Use a quality polishing cream or cloth to clean the metal and polycarbonate and restore luster when needed.
