Super interesting shape as well as nice grain including, quilting, flame, some burn on edges, and amazing color variation
under 10% moisture content
Commercially planed, then orbital sanded to 80 grit
mineral spirits lightly applied to highlight grain and color, can easily be removed with soap and water if a finer finish is required
some checking, but very stable
This slab would make a nice resin project for a table top, wall art, taxidermy base
