Vintage 50s 60s Black Velvet New Look Party Dress with Balloon Hemline (size xs, orders small)

I've seen plenty a good black frock in my day, but this one is one of my favorites! Luxuriously plush black velvet new look party dress with a billowy balloon hemline and ribbon orders trim. Pictures don't do this beauty justice! Metal zipper up the back.

Condition: 2 mends have been made to a couple of small tears in the skirt on the front (see last picture). Both measure less than an inch. Otherwise, in excellent shape!
