Vintage Ornate Etched Sterling Silver Hidden-Hinge Bangle with Original Safety orders Chain London, England 1996

This beautiful vintage Sterling Silver circular bangle has intricate engraving on both sides, there is a hidden hinge to one side that allows the etching to flow around the whole piece without a break, on the opposite side there is a fully working hinge that snaps when closed and it retains its original safety chain for extra security.

The bangle is marked at the hinge with its full hallmarks to confirm its purity, makers mark, date of make etc.
It is approx 2cm wide and approx. 62mm internally from hinge to hinge. To avoid disappointment, please measure your wrist to ensure it fits, I have tried the bracelet on a number of wrists measuring 16-17cm and it fits perfectly.

The bangle has been used by its previous owner and there are some very minor scratches but there are no dents and any marks cannot be seen when worn. This was clearly a much loved bangle.

My photos are taken at x16 - x32 magnification and any scratches will orders appear much larger but when viewed at normal resolution with my eyes, I cannot see them.

The bangle remains a truly vintage piece and would be perfect for any collector, it would also make a great gift for someone special, or as a special treat to yourself.

The bangle still shines and sparkles even though I haven't cleaned the piece, my customers prefer their product to remain as found and to retain any original patina. This also allows the new owner to make their own decision regarding cleaning.
