We count a space, letter, punctuation and number as a character.
Please refrain from using block capital for the last 3 lines as this will make the personalisation hard to read.

Orders placed are orders FINAL - The wording you provide will be copied into our printing, engraving or embroidery template system - therefore it is imperative you have correctly spelt everything and your dates are correct.

Amendments:
Changes to your order cannot be accepted, once it has been paid for. A new, replacement order will need to be generated, including new shipping costs. Seek guidance from R&G for amendments.

Cancellations:
Cancellations within 48 hours incur full charges of product - only shipping cost (if any paid) are refunded.
Cancellations after 48 hours incur full charges of product including shipping: No refund.
