This precious baby doll has a porcelain head with painted facial features, non-sleep dark blue eyes, closed mouth with lip color & fabric body with porcelain hands. Her fingernails are even orders painted. The eyes are beautiful. Markings on the back of her neck have a copyright sign, 1923 by Grace S Putnam, Made in Germany. Her head can also be turned side to side. Very collectible. She comes wearing a diaper, socks, a slip, her outer gown & a bonnet. All are in very clean condition with no tears or holes. The slip is 20.5” long, sleeveless with buttons on the shoulders to make dressing very easy. It also closes with 2 buttons on the back. It has 4 rows of pin tucks and 1 row of lace. The bonnet has 6 rows of lace & a pink ribbon. The gown is long sleeve with rows of pin tucks & lace. There are 2 very faint small stains. All fancy & in excellent vintage condition.
