I have never used this product even tho I thought I really wanted it for Christmas one year. When my dog was a puppy I caught him trying to chew the box, absolutely no harm done to curling iron.. Turns out I'm happy with my $30 orders wand from target and I don't know how to use these fancy things. I did plug it in to see how fast it heats up and it's like ready to go in less than 7 seconds! Crazy!.
