Includes original box (decent shape, it does have some creasing and is pressed in places) and instructions (good shape). Listing build as 99% complete orders, however, I just built it and observed no missing pieces. No cracks are visible on minifigures and horse barding clips are intact. Set will be disassembled prior to shipping. I will replace any "brittle brown" pieces that break and try to include extras when possible. Message with any questions!
