This vintage silver tone Elizabeth Morrey bracelet features panels of delicate floral openwork. The bracelet has a fold over clasp with a safety chain for extra security.
Elizabeth Morrey founded her jewelry company in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, in the 1950s. The plan was to sell a franchise to 10,000 women to market the line of costume jewelry through home parties. The design aesthetic has been described most frequently as Mid Century Modern and was sold throughout the 1950s and 1960s. Although the company still technically exists today there is no recent information about a jewelry line being developed or sold.
The bracelet is in excellent condition for having been previously owned. There is a little tarnishing of the metal that could be removed with further cleaning. Few, if any, signs of wear.
