Kondensmilch condensed milk pourer set and vintage silver metal orders sugar bowl retro and rare DBGM

a charming, small condensed milk pourer, in two parts, to assemble, see photos. I tried to demonstrate the different steps of opening/closing the pourer.
Canned condensed milk was put in the pourer which, when entering the box, opened it with two picks under the lid, one to aerate it, the other to pour. Under the pot is an engraving "DBGM 1000 Feinsilberauflage orders H.K.E.". DBGM stands for "Deutsches Bundesgebrauchsmuster". This means that it is "protected by German law".
The object is in good condition, there are some traces of wear inside (see photos also). The object is made of silver metal "1000 Feinsilberauflage" / "layer of fine silver", here are the dimensions:
