Nice Old Print of Lovely Young Lady in Antique Adirondack orders Carved Wood Frame with Corner Buttons, Gesso Liner

PRINT
1900 era lithograph print of young Victorian lady walking in the snow with her hat and fur hand muff. This is signed at bottom by Percy Moran. Most of the signature is hidden by the frame, you can see the very top of the signature. Old print is in brown tones with just a little black and red. There is no staining, creasing, waviness, fading, or tearing. The very outer right-side edge of the old print has been filled in with acid free markers. It looks like there was a sliver of paper that was once glued to the surface but has been removed. You need to get up close and really look to see this. Very, very minor. Please see photos.

I have cleaned the glass on both sides and backed the print with acid free mat board. Frame's back is sealed with brown paper to keep framed print in excellent clean condition for many years to come.

FRAME AND GLASS
Old frame is probably from the late 1800's era and in wonderful condition. This is an Adirondack frame. All corners are tight, and frame is very sturdy. Frame has no noted damage other than a few minor gesso chips orders in the liner. Not sure of what kind of wood it is but it is solid. Frame has original finish and has been cleaned with an antique improver that removes all the years of dirt and grime and puts moisture back into the old dry wood. Inner gold gesso liner is intact and retains the original finish. Frame's back is clean as well. All 4 corners are adorned with replacement wooden buttons and given an old worn finish and tightly fastened to the frame. The glass covering the old print is the original old wavy glass.
