2018, with original ribbon and tag. In really good condition, I looked it over good and didn't see any flaws besides a few paint spots under the glaze. But, like all Rae Dunn, flaws of that type can be expected! Inside the birdhouse, I did notice there is a portion of the birdhouse “floor” orders that is not glazed.
