Stoned Wooden orders Merry Go Round Pony

I cut these ponies from 2” Pine and assembled them to be similar to a Merry Go Round pony. The rounded bottom is also cut from 2” Pine and stained. The pole was also stained to match. The ponies are assembled so they come apart easily for shipping. The pole is fastened on top of the pony and underneath so it is not continuous. The ends of the poles have double sided screws so you turn the post to disassemble and put back together. The round bottom and post have the same setup with the two sided screw. This being said once they are
at their forever home I would use wood glue to make the joints secure. “Some Assembly Required” words none of us like especially Christmas morning…haha! I believe I have made this
pretty simple…..So I called them Stoned Ponies because they are painted in acrylic paint and then I stoned them with a coating over the paint. They are sealed also. This particular pony is black and the pics show I also burned it around the edge and enhanced it with white paint on both sides. One side has additional deco paint on the body. You can turn it around to decorate without it. These are very time consuming to make but, well worth it orders. Any questions drop me a line.
