Please attach your photo while completing your order for a Custom Portrait or a Painting orders From Photo service.
If your photo requires editing before the actual picture creation starts, we will confirm and then you can add this service as an additional upgrade to your basket.

Advanced and more complex edits may change the schedule of creating and shipping your order. We may propose an individual schedule for your custom order up-front before purchasing any custom edits, if necessary.


* Level of complexity may change the schedule of your order, depending on the resources needed to complete.
** A jpg file proof preview will be sent to you for approval via Etsy Messenger. We need your review and reply within 24 hours. We provide one proof revision if requested. If we do not receive a response within one week, we reserve our right to complete and ship your order according to your initial editing directions.
*** Extending the response from your side for more than 24h may extend the delivery time of your order.
****Additional changes can be made in any stage of production, but it may require additional order depending on the stage of completion and if the picture is already printed or shipped to you.

We are open to any additional questions you may have, so please send us a message for any clarification.* Custom orders cannot be refunded, but if for some reason we are not able to meet the timeframe in which we have to ship your order, we will refund you if it is requested before the order is completed and ready to ship.
* Shipping providers do not guarantee the delivery time and accordingly, we cannot guarantee it either. If for some reason your order does not make it to the destination, we will re-print and re-send the package.
