This pin is orders real stone and silver. My mother bought in in Chile, South America but never wore it. It does have "Chile" engraved on the back. It is heavy and has lapis lazuli (mined in Chile) Incan Rose, Turquoise, and Malachite, all real stones. The clasp is obviously handmade. See pics for details.
