Vintage 1960s Mattel Redline Hot Wheels - Custom Volkswagen VW Bug Beetle - in Purple Spectraflame with White interior - shows wear from use with paint loss scuffs scrapes slivers chips flakes, aging toning tarnish residue deterioration blemishes imperfections, purple spectraflame is fairly bright, heavy wearing throughout, silver paint detailing added over the engine and headlights, slight looseness between the body and chassis orders, windshield and windows with some wearing and residue, roof window slides open freely, there's a stress crack running the length from front to back, pull tab is intact, note the Wheels have been replaced, axles with some looseness and a good amount of bending in form, could use straightening out from storage, Base is stamped “Hot Wheels (R) Custom Volkswagen (C) 1967 Mattel, Inc. U.S.A. U.S. And Foreign Pat. Pend.”.
