Care Instructions:
In order to keep your jewelry in great shape and long-lasting, please avoid direct contact with water, perfumes, and other chemicals. We also recommend to take off your jewelry when taking a shower/washing hands or getting in the pool/sea.

How to clean silver jewels? (Not gold plated!!)
Silver oxidize naturally with time and with contact to the skin. This is a beautiful and natural look of the metals, but it's possible with a bit of cleaning once in a while to maintain the new, shining, bright look of the metal. Use a bit of lemon or vinegar to soak the jewel, and a soft cloth to rub the jewel until it shines again. There are also special cloths (that contains a sort of gentle acid) for cleaning metals, usually sold in jewelry stores.

RETURNS: If you would like to make a return, just contact me within 14 days of receiving your package. Then, you must just ship your package back to me at your expense.
All jewelry must be returned unworn and in their original condition and packaging. "RachelaJewelryArt" has the right to deny a return if the jewelry returned does not meet our return policy requirements. You are responsible for return shipping costs as well as items lost or damaged
I carefully inspect all of my pieces before they leave the studio. If ever an item arrives damaged, it must be reported to me immediately - within 24 hours.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES: I do not accept any package orders in which integrity has been compromised or shows clear signs of having been opened and resealed. Note that the only authority allowed to open the package during transit is local customs. All packages opened by local customs will be sealed with the corresponding stamp of the company.

RETURNED MAIL: I will not offer a refund if a package is returned for the following reasons:
1) The address provided by you was not correct.
2) The package is unclaimed once attempted to be delivered.
I will offer the possibility to have the package re-shipped once the jewelry has been sent back to me. In that case, I will send you a message to confirm the shipping address, and you will need to pay a re-shipping and handling costs before sending the package again.

SHIPPING: All the orders will be shipped to the shipping address supplied through your Etsy Order. Please check this address is correct before finishing your check out. "RachelaJewelryArt" is not responsible for packages shipped to wrong addresses. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is correct prior to finish the purchase.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES: Since international mail is affected by several circumstances, we can't solve delivery delays cases, before a period of 30 days from the shipping date.
Please understand that, once the package is sent, transit times, customs delays, and delivery times are totally beyond our control.
