Vintage orders University of Texas felt pennant "Circa 1940s"

orders A very nice 1940s University of Texas framed felt pennant. I am not sure what company made these but I can date them by the changes in University seals & name changes! We professionally frame each piece with U/V glass and a nicely cut mat. What a great gift for the soon to be graduate to proudly hang on his or her wall!
