This is a Simplicity sewing pattern for an Equestrian Performance Shirt. Fitted shirt Has front zipper closing, long sleeves, and collar.

Pattern is cut and complete.

Envelope has small tears, sticker mark and minor crumpling.

Please note: All cut pattern pieces are counted to match pieces on envelope. Factory folded patterns are not checked but I do look inside the envelope to make sure instruction sheet and the correct pattern is in envelope. It is common for vintage patterns to show wear and tear, ink and pencil orders marks or discoloration due to age.
