It was recently refurbished by Nintendo to like new condition & hasn't been touched since then. Only opened for these pictures & a quick test. In my experience Nintendo uses all new parts on them. It looks like a new one to me. Works exactly as it should. Comes with the console, charger, 4GB memory card pre-installed by Nintendo, and paperwork with sealed AR card pack. I also have the red/white one I plan on posting eventually if you'd rather have it. From a smoke free household. Thanks for looking.
