VINTAGE 80s WIDE Metal Statement Belt - Brutalist Inspired - - Hammered Brass - Mixed orders Metals - Runway - Street Chic - Artisan Crafted

This Artisan made, vintage (early 1980s), STATEMENT belt is a one-of-a-kind find! The adjustable belt is hand crafted from hammered brass. The stunning, mixed metal buckle is hand soldered and skillfully formed from solid brass and nickel silver. Brutalist inspired and artfully designed…this unsigned beauty was purchased on a trip to Taxco (Hencho in Mexico sticker still remains). It's Big and bold in its Brutalist beauty, but Small in size (fits: 20”-26”). She's aged like a wonder woman, but over time she has acquired a faint, reddish patina to some areas (mostly on the inside of belt & a small 3”approx area on the outside…difficult to see in photos) and some very light surface scratches. The belt buckle is GORGEOUS and merely shows (in photos) areas organic to the making & construction of the buckle. Bodacious, Bold, Brassy, Classy, Fierce and FABULOUS! Don't “waist” the opportunity…Buy it. Love it. WEAR IT!
