70s scarf print maxi dress with an empire waist. The straps tie at the shoulders. There is an attached bow on the front. It zips up the back and the zipper works fine it was just too small for my mannequin. The bodice is lined but the skirt is not. Brand - handmade Content - feels orders like cotton Size - XXS Chest - 15.25" pit to pit High Waist - 13.75" across Hips - open Length - 56" (13" bodice (6.5" not counting the straps), 43" skirt) - The straps can be adjusted a little shorter or longer as needed Condition - I don't see any holes or stains.
