orders Rare and unique 'unused' set of four decorative Victorian pressed tin coffin/casket plates in the shape of faux/'dummy' handles. These would have been part of a casket ornamentation (or casket 'trimming') set. I love the crown design at the top of each plate!
A really special and interesting group of 19th century social history oddities, perfect for a collector of Victoriana or mourning curios.

CONDITION:
• Good, unused condition. Presents beautifully.
• These items have presumably been in long-term storage, and as such have areas of rust and loss to the metal. This is commensurate with age and adds to the charm and history of each piece.
