We hand cut, sand, stain and seal all of our boards with care. This tray will come to you completely finished and ready to use. Please remember, this item is made with wood. All wood accepts stain in its own way, there may be light and dark tones to the final product. Your board will have wood grain and possibly knot holes. This makes each piece unique.

To clean, simply wipe off and rinse, dry thoroughly. The sealer that your tray comes with should last a long time. Eventually, If you notice the board not having a sheen and becoming dull, it is time to put a small amount of beeswax sealer or food grade mineral orders oil on your Charcuterie to refresh the wood.
