Please see all images for the item you will receive. This item has all of the tags, however due to the age and some other minor issues, I cannot consider it to be new. There is orders some flaking on the black, the small dark particles that you may see on him are from those flakes. Can be cleaned off, lint roller would probably work fine. I have not attempted to clean the couple of spots that are pictured. They very likely can be cleaned, but I have not tried.
