Vintage 1970s Levi's corduroy flares. Mid rise with a slim hip, gently flared leg, and magical zippered pockets at the upper thighs. Delicious warm beige colored corduroy looks almost dusty peach in certain lights (last photo shows the pants in a stack of other neutrals for comparison). They feel very late 1970s Levi's bush jeans learn to surf, if that makes any sense. Yummy.
Maker: Levi Strauss & Co. Vintage white tab. Talon zipper.
Fabric: label is too faded to read, presumed to be typical 75% cotton 25% poly corduroy. Freshly laundered.
Size: they measure 28.5" around orders at the waist (i.e. 14.25" across flat) with a 9.75" front rise (crotch seam to top front center waist). The hips measure 34.5" around (i.e. 17.25" flat across at the base of the fly). The inseam measures 27", the outseam measures 36.5", and the leg openings are 21" around (or 10.5" measured flat across). Original label size is illegible, may have been a boys youth (teen) size, please refer to the aforementioned actual measurements and compare to the measurements of your favorite non-stretch jeans to best gauge fit
Condition: beautifully beaten with light overall fading and a couple very small blemishes here and there (a scratch on one of the back pocket is pictured, and should be considered the worst issue); a previous owner hemmed the pants by machine neatly in gold thread (pictured). See photos.
