Venetian Scene is a somewhat rare Cetem Ware Maling England pattern and this pitcher is in excellent condition for its age. Other examples of Venetian Scene I've found sold online have very little to no remaining gilt where this one only has wear at the rim. My research tells me this piece is likely from the early 20th century. Some crazing is apparent on the bottom- which is back stamped: orders “Cetem ware” with the mark “RN 612911” Very minor chipping around base -see photos. Open to reasonable offers.
