Includes power cable, HDMI and one controller - will need to provide your own USB cable to sync/charge controller. Battery in controller is good. Everything is great. Has been my own personal PS3, not a flip. Please note: this is NOT the backwards compatible model. If it was, the asking price would be significantly different.
