The items we sell are entirely handmade in our jewelry studio, from sketch to final product. We use high quality 925 sterling silver, handmade ceramic pieces, cubic zircon, or gemstones. We make them step by step with care, attention, and love for what we do, but please keep in mind that due to the handmade process small flaws can appear in the final products.
Observation: 925 sterling silver is a metal that will more or less tarnish depending on the way it is worn, kept and the factors it is exposed to (humidity, perspiration, and/or temperature). It is absolutely normal for silver to tarnish over time or if it is orders kept in improper conditions. We like tarnished silver, that's why most of our jewelry is treated with a special patina to make it look old and tarnished. The jewelry you wear daily will only tarnish in areas that are not directly touched. When you are not wearing your jewelry, if you want to avoid excessive tarnishing, we recommend that you deposit them in ziplock bags of jewelry boxes to keep them away from humidity. Superficial tarnishing can be removed by simply cleaning it with a soft tissue.
How To Measure Ring Size At Home
If you don't know your size and you don't have access to a professional ring sizer (you can go to a jewelry store and ask them for help), there are several methods you can use to determine it.
METHOD 1. USE A RING THAT FITS YOU
Measure the internal diameter of the ring (that's the hole inside the ring, excluding the metal) and send us this measurement in millimeters.
METHOD 2. USE A STRIP OF PAPER
Cut a thin strip of paper about 100 millimeters long, fold the thin strip of paper around the finger at the base and close enough to your knuckle. Mark the area where the two ends of the paper strip meet, then use the ruler to measure the length in millimeters.
METHOD 3. USE A STRING/FLOSS
Although this is one of the first recommendations you usually find online, for us it hasn't proven to be very accurate. But if you want to use this method, here we go: cut a string that is about 100 millimeters long, fold the string around the base of the finger, just below the knuckle then mark where the string ends with the pen. Use the ruler to measure the length in millimeters.
