- judging the panel and paint I estimate 1940s, 1930s or even older
- the frame is from the same age orders and has signs of age its firm but you can see its about 80 to 100 years old
- it's heavy too about 3 kilos
- on the wooden Panel upside down you see the word " loon" written which might be the Artist
- the wooden Panel was just attached with two old nails to the frame so it was wobbly
I'm not a genius to hammer more nails in it and break to whole lot so I just placed a strip of industrial tape to keep It on place but you can easily take it off
