The Virus shawl pattern is so named, because it went viral a few years ago, it's actually called the German Triangle pattern and it is simply beautiful.

I recommend hand washing in cool (because you just don't know a machines "appetite" for handmad items)
I recommend air drying when possible, but it can be put into a dryer, on low, with clean towels to help re-fluff.
