The battery operated tea light is INCLUDED. Approximate measurements are: 9 inches tall (at peak of roof), a little over 6 inches wide orders and a little over 3 inches deep. The sofa and crystal ball are also INCLUDED, however, not glued down therefore, you can move them around as you wish.
Please note: I incorporate a lot of reclaimed wood, various repurposed items into my art work. My pieces will have much character with their little nicks, dings, imperfections, etc. I feel this adds to each of the pieces' charm and uniqueness.
