The personalized yoga mat holder is 23.5 inches long, 6 inches high, and the shelf is 3.5 inches deep

This is shipped with the hooks detached to save you on shipping cost, but don't worry they are very easy to install and only require a screw driver. We ship with 3 screws each just in case one falls under your couch (we've all been there and it's no fun)
