The polishing brings out the color in this piece and makes it pop. This piece has some weight to it and would look great in a curio cabinet with a light on it or on a fireplace mantle. Petrified Wood was used for protection in ancient cultures. It is grounding, helps with patience, clears fear, helps one to feel safe, calm and helps the root and sacral chakras. Petrified Wood is estimated to be 100 million years old.
