Antique metal end table on wheels, plant stand, rusty small laundry cart, luggage rack rustic orders primitive farmhouse decor, mid century 40s 50s

Antique metal end table, plant stand, or luggage rack. On plastic wheels. Metal wheel supports. Very rustic, has some rust. Lightweight. It has been painted brown and ivory. Not sure of it's original use, but makes a great plant stand or luggage rack, as is. If you want it as a table you need to add wood, or have glass made. Can also have a shelf as it has 2 metal rods for support. Has side handles. Would also be a great laundry cart. Circa 40s 50s.
