This is a really great handblown green decanter with a bubble stopper. I'm unsure of the maker but looks like it could be Blenko glass. The beautiful green glass is full of tiny little bubbles and there is, what I believe to be, a pontil mark on the bottom. This mark indicates a piece has been handblown. There is a plastic stopper cover that may not be original. It tends to pull off the stopper and get stuck in the bottle opening. You could maybe glue it to the stopper or use orders the stopper without it.
Use as a decanter. Looks great with a propagated plant in it. Or, with its interesting design and fabulous green color, you could just display it as is, all on its own.
It is is amazing vintage condition showing very minimal signs of age and/or use. No damage/scratches noticed.
