Joseph is regarded as the patron saint of workers and is associated with various feast days. The month of March is dedicated to Saint Joseph. 19 March, Saint Joseph's Day, has been the principal feast day of Saint Joseph in Western Christianity (the orders Feast of Saint Joseph (19 March) ). He was made patron of the Universal Church. Having died in the "arms of Jesus and Mary" according to Catholic tradition, he is considered the model of the pious believer who receives grace at the moment of death, in other words, the patron of a happy death. Saint Joseph is the patron saint of a number of cities, regions and countries.

Made of a composite fibreglass reinforced HydroStone each statue is hand cast and then hand finished to bring out all of the detail.The colour finish is chemically and permanently etched into the surface and is not painted or stained over top of it. So every piece comes out different and ensures a rustic appearance. A unique weathered rusty finish which resembles an unearthed artifact. I also seal it with a coat of clear sealant to give it a professional finished appearance and to protect the finish.
