This product comes with 5 different lens for variable magnification of 1X times to 3.5X times. These can be worn over your existing prescription lenses. Comes with a regular eyeglasses support frame legs or a detachable elastic head band.
Woody at WoodCanWork has used them himself for detailed work on dismantling lens for cleaning and such where you need to see something inside and you do not have a third hand for a flashlight. The LED lights are orders bright and you can point them directly at where you are working. The LED lights do not draw much current, so I cannot remember when was the last time I replaced the AAA batteries (about a year ago).
