DESCRIPTION

Vogue Special Design 4017; ca. 1959; One Piece Dress and Petticoat. All around gathered skirt in two lengths joins the bodice at the waist-line. Large puffed sleeves and sleeveless. Gored petticoat in two lengths has attached ruffles. Novelty belt.
